MyRealSalary is the trading name of an independent publisher based in India. It works out in-hand salary with every line shown, so you can check it against your offer letter and payslip.

How the figures are checked

The rules come from the Income-tax Act 2025, the Budget 2026 papers, EPFO and Ministry of Labour notifications and state professional tax schedules. How we calculate lists each source, the date it was last checked and the few rules we could not confirm from an official source.

Independence

MyRealSalary is an independent website. It is not part of, endorsed by or connected with the Income Tax Department, the Central Board of Direct Taxes, EPFO or any other government body.

How the site is funded

This site is free to use. We plan to fund it with advertising served by Google; adverts will be labelled "Advertisements".
