Who we are
MyRealSalary is the operating name of an independent publisher based in India. Contact: [email protected]. If you need our legal name and postal address, for example to exercise your rights, email us and we will give them to you.
The calculator
The figures you enter into the calculators are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us. There are no accounts.
What we collect
- Technical data: our host Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser and device details to deliver and protect the site.
- Statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and gives us aggregate figures only.
- Emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them to reply to you.
- Advertising: none yet. When ads are switched on, Google and its partners will use cookies to show and measure ads, and we will update this notice first.
Who receives data
Cloudflare (hosting, security and email forwarding) and Google (email). Cloudflare and Google process data in the United States and other countries under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Emails: up to 12 months after the conversation ends. Cloudflare and Google keep data as described in their own policies.
Your rights in Canada
Canada's federal private-sector privacy law is the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it, by emailing us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Visitors from the UK and Europe
If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, data protection law there also applies, including your right to complain to your local regulator.
Children
This site is not directed at children.
